From the first venue tour to the last song. In partnership with you, we build your vendor team, manage the budget, guide the design, and handle the logistics from start to finish. You get full access to our planning portal, with your planner working in it right alongside you: your timeline, budget, vendors, and checklists, all in one place. The goal: for you to feel well hosted through every step of your engagement.
Partial Planning
the same team, a lighter touch
You manage the budget, guide the design, and handle vendor communication. We help with the big decisions, recommend vendors we trust, and take over the logistics as the wedding gets close. Our planning portal keeps your timeline, budget, and vendors organized, with a direct line to us whenever you need it.
Month-of Coordination
you’ve planned it. we run it.
Sixty days out, we step in with a check-in meeting to walk through everything you’ve built. Together we create your timeline, and thirty days out we take over vendor communication and final logistics. Then we run the wedding day, so you and your family get to be guests, well hosted alongside everyone else. Includes our planning portal to keep the final stretch in one place.
Packages range from $2,500 – $10,000, with the average couple spending $7,000 on full planning.

the first conversation
It starts with a call. We talk about your date (or your “no clue yet”), your venue or the search for one, and who is coming to this party.
your custom plan
We put the scope, timeline, and cost in writing. Then we build a planning calendar that works with your actual schedule.
build the day
Vendors, design, budget, logistics. We do the legwork and bring you decisions that are ready to make, so the fun parts stay fun.
host the party
On the weekend, we run the show. You show up as the guest of honor, your family shows up as guests, and everybody gets to enjoy the party.
Our vendor relationships are deep, trusted, and already vetted. You get introductions, not a list of names to go chase.

About Après
Après began in Amy and her husband’s ski house in Vermont. For ten years, every day on the mountain ended the same way: friends gathered around the table, something warm on the stove, good music on the speakers, a drink in every hand, and nobody in a hurry to leave. We’d all spent the day tearing up the icy slopes, and après was the celebration that brought us back together to talk, to eat, to drink, and to connect.
That’s our favorite part of a wedding, too. Your people have been there through your whole love story, every step of the way to this moment. The wedding is the après: the night to eat, drink, celebrate, and bring everyone you love into one room.
That’s the feeling we bring to every wedding: the warmth of a good host, and the evening nobody wants to end.
Meet Amy, Founder
Colorado born and raised. Detoured to New England for a decade to teach some kids, build a couple of houses in matching Carhartt overalls with my husband, and consume as much maple syrup as possible. Former elementary school teacher and après-ski host, turned full-time wedding planner.
- Avid skier with questionable talent. Give me snow or water, I’m strapping in and hoping for the best.
